Every role is posted by a real company with an open position and a budget. We check the company and the role before it goes live. Your interview is used for your application and nothing else.

Every job shows the countries it can hire in. Employment runs through WorkMotion, so a company in Germany can employ you in Serbia, Brazil or the Philippines with a proper local contract.
Six steps, nothing hidden
01. Apply
Pick a role, upload your CV, add your LinkedIn and answer a few questions specific to the job.
02. Under review
A person on our team checks your application against the role's must-haves. If it is a fit, you are invited to the interview.
03. AI interview
Applicants share their CV and LinkedIn, answer role-specific questions and complete a short AI interview. AI scores, but a person reviews every applicant.
04. Feedback
Straight after the interview you get feedback: what you did well and where you could improve. You get this whether or not you move forward. A person then reviews your interview.
05. Presented to the company
Your profile, answers and interview go to the hiring team. They decide whether they want to meet you. Once they do, we tell you who the company is and brief you so you can prepare.
06. Interview and hire
You interview with the company directly. If you get the offer, WorkMotion employs you with a compliant local contract in your country.

Yes. Applying, the interview, feedback and your Passport are free. Companies pay Synmatch, never you.
The country you live and work in. Each job lists the countries it can hire in. WorkMotion employs you there with a local contract.
Adverts are anonymous until the company decides they want to meet you. At that point we tell you who they are and brief you for the interview.
You still get feedback after the AI interview. We do not keep your data if you leave the process, and you can apply to other roles.
Each application has one interview, so prepare first (see our guide). Your Passport skills check is separate and can be updated.
Only the employers you share it with. You control what is shared and can revoke access.
