Pricing questions
Yes. You employ the candidate on your own entity and pay the one-off 10%, roughly half the market rate. If you later hire into a market where you have no entity, that route is free through WorkMotion.
If a candidate hired via Synmatch is moved off WorkMotion within the first 12 months of their start date, the one-off 10% applies at that point. After 12 months, nothing is charged.
If you paid the fee and the person leaves during probation, you choose a refund or a replacement search. Active Search includes one replacement search if employment ends within three months. If the candidate was employed through WorkMotion, there was no recruitment fee to begin with.
Yes. Send us candidates from your own pipeline, we verify them, and the result comes back into your ATS. Credits are EUR 2.90 each with no minimum.
When the candidate signs their employment agreement. For AI Recruiting on your own entity that is the one-off 10%; for Active Search the 25%, payable within 30 days. Verification is charged per candidate as you use credits.
No. You can brief one role and stop. There is no exclusivity, so you can run Synmatch next to your existing agency on the same role.
