You submit your CV and application data when creating your account. To standardize the format, we use an automated tool (a language model) to extract and organize the information. This helps us structure your profile consistently for further processing interactions with us effectively. Depending on the specific services you utilize, we may collect the following data:

i) Name and contact details (e.g. email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile)

ii) Work experience (e.g. job titles, employers, employment dates, responsibilities)

iii) Education and qualifications (e.g. degrees, schools, certifications, dates)

iv) Skills and competencies (e.g. software tools, languages, technical abilities)

v) Languages spoken and proficiency levels

vi) Career goals or preferred job roles (if included in your documents)

vii) Any other information you include in your CV or supporting materials

4.2. Interview and AI Evaluation

We will send part of your data to our interview partner JobMojito s.r.o., who conducts a virtual interview using an AI avatar. There is no human interviewer involved.

During the interview:

(i) Your answers are recorded (audio and video)

(ii) A transcript of the full interview is created

(iii) The AI analyzes your voice and speech delivery (e.g. pitch, cadence, fluency)

(iv) A score is generated based on your responses and delivery

4.3. Profile Completion and Talent Pool Inclusion

Your inclusion in the Synmatch talent pool plays a central role in our recruitment service and allows us to present you to clients when relevant opportunities arise.

After the interview, your score, transcript, and recording are sent back to us. We combine this with your CV and application data to complete your candidate profile.

If your score is above a defined threshold, your profile is added to our talent pool. Being part of the talent pool means we may consider you for future job opportunities and share your profile with clients.

4.4. Retention

We keep your full candidate profile — including CV, interview transcript, recording, and score — for up to 12 months from your last activity, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.
